Reliability & Maintenance Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience in reliability and maintenance engineering, particularly in managing facility and administrative activities. Your technical expertise includes performing daily, weekly, and monthly checks according to PPM schedules, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You are skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems, including conveyors, PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and VFDs. Your background in electrical engineering allows you to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, and lighting systems effectively.

You are dedicated to supporting production in a safe and customer-focused manner. You have a strong understanding of relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, and limit switches. Your ability to coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC demonstrates your proactive approach to maintenance and service. You are also familiar with minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes and equipment, ensuring that all operational needs are met.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of various automation systems, including conveyors and control cabinets. You will attend to TT calls for corrective maintenance and service, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers, as well as performing maintenance on carts, trolleys, and other operational equipment. You will also handle minor civil and plumbing maintenance calls, ensuring that all aspects of facility management are covered.

You will provide daily reports on TT closures and open cases, contributing to the overall efficiency of the maintenance team. Your role will require you to work closely with agency staff, overseeing their activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. You will also be involved in coordinating with vendors for any systems that require warranty or AMC support, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
