You have experience in managing security operations and conducting security assessments, ensuring the safety and security of employees, contractors, and visitors. You thrive in ambiguous and dynamically fluid environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on delivering best-in-class security services.

You possess a solid background in corporate security, with the ability to implement security plans, policies, and programs effectively. Your expertise allows you to respond to and escalate operational security concerns as necessary, working closely with guard force services to enhance security measures. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

What you'll do

As a Security Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of all elements of the Corporate Security program across Amazon corporate locations in your area. You will manage day-to-day security operations for a diverse portfolio of sites, ensuring that unique security requirements are met. Your role will involve conducting security assessments, administering mitigations, and tracking security issues through to resolution.

You will coordinate security incident responses, ensuring that all incidents are handled promptly and effectively. Your leadership will guide the security team in delivering high-quality security services, enhancing the overall safety of the workplace. You will also work closely with the Regional Security Manager to oversee the security operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of security practices within the organization.
