You possess a solid understanding of Machine Learning technologies, including Automatic Speech Recognition, Natural Language Understanding, and other AI applications. Your experience includes developing features that support Supervised Fine-Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, ensuring that the systems you work on meet high standards of performance and reliability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain key features of the AGI Data Services system, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of AI models. You will collaborate with team members to implement solutions that improve data collection and labeling processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing algorithms that support various AI applications, ensuring that they are efficient and scalable. You will also participate in quality assessments to identify performance gaps and contribute to the continuous improvement of the systems.

You will work closely with data scientists and other engineers to align model outputs based on human feedback, ensuring that the AI systems are accurate and helpful. Your role will involve monitoring the performance of deployed models and implementing feedback loops to enhance their effectiveness.
