You possess a solid understanding of various machine learning techniques, including Supervised Fine-Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, and you are eager to apply this knowledge in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain key features of the AGI Data Services system, ensuring that it meets the needs of various machine learning applications. You will collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions that enhance the quality of data used for training AI models. Your responsibilities will include working on data labeling services that support Automatic Speech Recognition, Natural Language Understanding, and other machine learning technologies. You will also engage in quality assessments to identify performance gaps and contribute to the continuous improvement of the system through active learning and feedback loops.

You will play a crucial role in aligning models based on human feedback, ensuring that they are safe, accurate, and helpful. Your work will directly impact the lifecycle of AWS Nova and Alexa's features, languages, and devices.
