What you'll do
As a Software Development Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and supporting massively scalable, distributed real-time systems. You will work closely with product, operational, and data teams to optimize the returns process and enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve training machine learning models to automate routing and improve product evaluations, ensuring that returned products are handled efficiently and effectively.
You will also be involved in developing new channels for product reuse and creating world-class product support systems. Your contributions will directly impact the mission of eliminating defects that cause returns and reducing product waste. You will be expected to deliver high-quality code and participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers as needed.
