Who you are
You have a strong background in training and operations, with experience in developing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of site personnel. Your ability to guide and mentor crew members ensures that they are safe and proficient in their roles. You are dedicated to maintaining high standards of operational excellence and efficiency in training delivery.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to provide constructive feedback and guidance to students and crew members. Your experience includes conducting training sessions in both aircraft and simulators, ensuring that all participants adhere to safety procedures during flight and ground operations. You are proactive in developing individualized training solutions based on student needs and are committed to staying current with best practices in flight and ground operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct ground and flight training sessions, preparing students and crew for written, oral, and practical flight exams. You will develop and update training materials and curricula, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include conducting line observations and proficiency checks for certificated crew, as well as providing ongoing support and mentorship to help students improve their knowledge and skills.
You will collaborate closely with the Commercial Operations Team to ensure that training programs are effective and aligned with operational goals. Your role is crucial in fostering a culture of safety and proficiency within the Prime Air operations team. You will also assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
