What you'll do

As the Prime Air Ops Manager, you will lead the end-to-end operations at our drone delivery hub. This includes managing the fulfillment center, overseeing drone maintenance, and ensuring that flight operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing operational strategies that align with Amazon's commitment to fast and reliable delivery.

You will act as the senior leader on site, directly managing a team of operations managers and employees. Your role will involve setting performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and implementing training programs to enhance team capabilities. You will also partner with customer-facing teams to ensure that the delivery experience meets the high standards expected by Amazon customers.
