You are skilled in managing learning metrics and have a strong understanding of the latest training techniques and tools. You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining data and analysis through reports, particularly using Excel. What you'll do
In this role, you will supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region. You will manage live performance metrics end-to-end, ensuring that training programs are effective and meet business requirements. Conducting learning sessions on new processes and continuous learning will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel, ensuring that all training initiatives are tracked and evaluated for effectiveness.
