You have experience in developing and conducting training programs that enhance employee performance and align with organizational goals. You are skilled in managing learning metrics and have a strong understanding of the latest training techniques and tools. Your ability to listen to associates and support managers makes you an approachable and effective trainer. You are committed to leading by example and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining data and analysis through reports, particularly using Excel. You understand the importance of continuous learning and are eager to conduct sessions on new processes and methodologies. What you'll do

In this role, you will supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region. You will manage live performance metrics end-to-end, ensuring that training programs are effective and meet business requirements. Conducting learning sessions on new processes and continuous learning will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel, ensuring that all training initiatives are tracked and evaluated for effectiveness.
