What you'll do

As a WHS Officer at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading a safety team that includes Safety Specialists and Safety Coordinators. You will create and execute leadership development plans for your team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet safety expectations. Your role will involve conducting regular safety audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance workplace safety.

You will collaborate closely with site operations teams to ensure that safety policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.
