Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and bring 3+ years of professional software development experience. With at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting systems, you understand design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Your expertise in Android and iOS development is complemented by your ability to implement mobile UI/UX effectively. You are familiar with programming in at least one software language and have experience working with healthcare applications, particularly those handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
What you'll do
As a Mobile Engineer on the Amazon Health Services team, you will develop and maintain mobile applications that enable customers to access healthcare services and manage prescriptions. You will ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations while delivering seamless user experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and build customer-facing applications that handle sensitive health information. You will also be responsible for implementing mobile UI/UX and ensuring that applications are user-friendly and efficient.
