What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of associates. You will independently assess and administer first aid as needed, providing immediate support for both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You will participate in weekly safety committee meetings, engaging with new hires and existing associates to promote a culture of safety. Your responsibilities will include guiding associates on health and wellness principles, referring them to outside medical providers when necessary, and assisting with case management reviews. You will work closely with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to support safety operations and contribute to a safe working environment.
