What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of associates. You will independently assess and administer first aid as needed, providing immediate care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You will participate in weekly safety committee meetings and engage with new hires to promote a culture of safety from day one. Your responsibilities will include guiding associates on health and wellness principles and referring them to outside medical providers when necessary. You will work closely with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to support safety operations and contribute to case management reviews. Your role will be integral in fostering a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
