What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for owning the process and product roadmap for the AMZL delivery station. You will work closely with teams such as Worldwide Engineering and Design, Last Mile Delivery, and Tech to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance the delivery experience for millions of customers. Your role will involve managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the high standards expected by Amazon.

You will advocate for the customer by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the development of the next generation of AMZL delivery processes. Your ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively will be crucial as you work to innovate at scale and deliver impactful results.
