Amazon is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support the Amazon Logistics Process Engineering team. You'll manage complex initiatives and drive product delivery for the next generation of AMZL delivery stations. This role requires experience in managing new product and process development.

Who you are
You have a strong background in operations engineering, with experience managing new product and process development for high-value programs. You are a hands-on leader who can influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies. Your ability to deal with ambiguity and advocate for innovative solutions sets you apart in a fast-paced environment.
You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with teams such as Worldwide Engineering and Design, Last Mile Delivery, and Tech. Your experience in logistics and process engineering allows you to contribute effectively to the development roadmap of Amazon Logistics. You understand the importance of speed and efficiency in meeting customer needs and are driven to innovate at scale.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the owner of a process/product roadmap, ensuring delivery aligns with the vision for the next generation of AMZL delivery stations. You will manage large, complex initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking. Your responsibilities will include driving end-to-end product delivery from inception to execution, advocating for the needs of the logistics teams, and ensuring that innovations are implemented effectively.
You will work with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and guide the development of new processes and technologies. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
