Who you are
You have experience in operations management, particularly in asset management and maintenance planning. You are familiar with using data to drive decisions and improve operational efficiency. You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data sets to optimize performance. You are a proactive communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. You have a background in logistics or fulfillment operations, understanding the intricacies of managing equipment and resources in a fast-paced environment. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance processes and reduce costs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Asset Performance Management (APM) system, guiding field members on its proper use and standardization. You will lead the implementation of APM at your site, driving projects that enhance operational efficiency. You will participate in regular meetings with the Central team, sharing necessary information with site personnel and addressing any issues that arise. You will forecast planned maintenance tasks through the system, assigning work to field members and analyzing completed reports to provide feedback. Your contributions will ensure that equipment operates reliably, costs are managed effectively, and customer satisfaction is prioritized.
