What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and supervise a team focused on yard operations, aligning the Fulfillment Center operations with transportation execution. You will be responsible for planning and managing yard capacity and the trailer pool for your designated site, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, driving high safety standards for all yard operations. Your role will involve auditing and ensuring compliance with all standard work, workplace health and safety, and environmental regulations. You will meet and exceed operational goals, owning area performance metrics and communicating them to TOM and site leadership. Each day will start with a review of key transportation metrics, which are critical to the success of our operations.
