What you'll do
In this role, you will lead multiple shifts at one of Amazon's operational sites, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that your teams are performing at their best. You will be responsible for developing and executing operational plans that align with company goals. Your role will involve analyzing shift performance and implementing strategies to enhance operational excellence. You will act as the main interface between various teams, including capacity planning, safety, and process optimization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
You will also be tasked with mentoring and developing a team of Area Managers, guiding them in their roles and helping them grow professionally. Your leadership will be crucial in driving site performance and achieving operational targets. You will monitor daily operations closely, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance overall performance.
