You are adaptable and can handle the challenges that come with variable temperatures and noise levels in a delivery station setting.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring they are engaged and performing at their best during their shifts. You will manage key operational components, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with support teams to develop plans that align with business objectives and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for monitoring team performance and providing mentorship to help your team members grow. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining workflow efficiency across the first mile, middle mile, and last mile of operations. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of safety and quality within your team.
