Amazon is hiring a Senior Operations Executive in Supply Chain Management to drive inventory health and improve operational efficiency. Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in operations management, particularly in supply chain or logistics, where you've successfully driven improvements in inventory management and operational efficiency. Your analytical mindset allows you to work with large datasets, identifying trends and areas for improvement. You are comfortable communicating with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project statuses and risks. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your responsibilities. You are a curious builder who enjoys problem-solving and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the inventory health charter across the Fresh business at Amazon. You will collaborate with category, finance, and operations teams to improve sellable inventory percentages and enable efficient cube rotation for high-selling ASINs. Your focus will be on minimizing excess and deadwood inventory, ensuring that the supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. You will also lead initiatives to enhance the reversals process, working closely with various teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. Regular communication with project sponsors and senior management will be essential to keep everyone informed about progress and challenges. You will be expected to present findings and recommendations effectively, showcasing your ability to influence decision-making at higher levels.
