What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for all drone maintenance and routine service at the commercial operation location. You will ensure that the aircraft is in safe operating conditions and meets all design specifications. You will work closely with engineering, flight operations, and other Prime Air teams to deliver on your assigned responsibilities. Your role will involve overseeing the training and qualification of the Repair Technician team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

You will be expected to drive innovation in maintenance practices, applying the latest technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and safety. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Prime Air team, as you help to scale operations and enhance the customer experience. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute.

Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with a range of $23.00 to $41.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
