Who you are
You are a seasoned supply chain professional with a strong background in capacity planning and network design. With 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, you have successfully led teams in developing long-term strategies that align with business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams sets you apart as a leader in the field.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technical engineers, program managers, and business leaders to design efficient fulfillment networks. Your analytical mindset allows you to create multi-year demand and capacity plans that drive operational excellence. You are adept at navigating complex business environments and adapting strategies to meet changing demands.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the North America Supply Chain Operations team in executing long-term capacity planning initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and delivering build plans that meet network capacity and shipping needs. Collaborating with various teams, including Supply Chain Innovations and Design and Engineering, you will ensure that build plans are realized effectively.
You will provide strategic plans to optimize the current network, focusing on improving efficiency and speed. Regular communication with senior management will be essential as you develop future roadmaps and respond to evolving business conditions. Your leadership will guide the team in building standard work and automation processes that enhance long-term planning effectiveness.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $157,100.00 - $212,600.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
