What you'll do

As an On The Road Area Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Amazon Now service in Cairo, ensuring that delivery processes are efficient and effective. You will manage OTR operations with third-party partners, driving the weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans in alignment with business goals. Your role will involve analyzing performance data and suggesting process improvements to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team of OTR Supervisors, establishing standardized routines to ensure consistency across shifts. Your hands-on approach will allow you to address challenges as they arise, making sure that your area of the business keeps pace with demand. You will collaborate closely with other managers to standardize shift processes and share best practices, contributing to a cohesive operational strategy.
