What you'll do

As the OTR Supervisor - Last Mile, you will oversee the daily operations of the Delivery Stations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines. You will be responsible for managing and training associates, fostering a culture of safety and excellence in service delivery. Your role will involve continuous data analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation in logistics processes. You will collaborate with front-line management to provide critical shift-related information, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed. Your leadership will be key in driving performance metrics and optimizing processes to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
