What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring they are supported and motivated throughout their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaboration with various support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources will be essential to develop plans that meet business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of engagement within your team and ensuring that customer expectations are met consistently. Your role will involve overseeing the workflow from first mile to last mile, ensuring that products are delivered to customers efficiently and effectively.
