What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring they are engaged and motivated during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. You will collaborate with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of workflows and making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and supporting your team in achieving their goals.
