What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the Control Tower for logistics operations, overseeing the management of Extra Large (AMXL) operations run by external partners. You will be responsible for the tactical execution of routines at delivery stations, ensuring compliance with Amazon's processes and standards for heavy and bulky products. You will work closely with logistics partners, conducting audits and on-site visits to maintain high performance levels. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that optimize logistics processes and improve customer experiences.
