What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and reliability engineering team at Amazon's new logistics center. You will implement best practices for equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards. You will monitor equipment performance through visual inspections and condition-based monitoring, scheduling preventive maintenance as needed. You will take charge of the technical team during your shift, providing support and guidance to ensure their professional development. You will work on problem-solving for equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient package processing. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the EU network, standardizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
