What you'll do
In this role, you will participate in an 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a shift manager. After completing the program, you will take on leadership responsibilities for your own team, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards of safety and quality, conducting regular team meetings to discuss performance and address any issues.
You will be involved in planning and managing internal processes, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet operational goals. Your role will also include collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations. You will analyze key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, using this data to recommend and implement process improvements.
As a shift manager, you will lead a team of up to 100 employees, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all team members are trained and developed in their positions. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high levels of employee engagement and performance.
