What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in an 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a shift manager. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that all members are aligned with operational goals. You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards and environmental compliance, making sure that all team members adhere to regulations. Your role will involve analyzing key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, and using this data to recommend improvements. You will lead team meetings and conduct feedback sessions, fostering open communication and continuous development among your team members. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
