What you'll do

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading a team within one of our fulfillment centers, sort centers, or delivery stations. Your main focus will be on engaging and developing your team to meet operational goals. You will ensure that your team has the necessary tools and training to succeed, fostering a culture of safety and performance excellence. You will be actively involved in the daily operations, motivating your team through hands-on leadership and support. Your role will also involve collaborating with other managers to align on operational strategies and goals, ensuring that the team meets its targets effectively.
