What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in an extensive 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that they meet safety regulations and deliver quality service to customers. You will be responsible for planning and controlling internal processes, and you will work on cross-site projects aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction.

You will lead team meetings and conduct feedback sessions with your team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and development. Your role will also involve analyzing key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency.
