As a recent graduate, you are eager to step into a leadership role within logistics. You possess a strong understanding of operational processes and are ready to take on the responsibility of managing a team. Desirable

Experience in logistics or supply chain management during your studies or internships would be beneficial. Familiarity with process optimization techniques and safety regulations will give you an edge in this role. A proactive attitude towards learning and development is essential as you will be participating in an extensive onboarding program.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in an 11-week internal onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, which is a top priority in your daily operations. You will analyze key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, using this data to recommend and implement process improvements.

You will lead and mentor a team of up to 100 employees, conducting regular team meetings and feedback sessions to foster a positive work environment. Your role will also involve planning and managing internal processes to enhance workflow efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize customer satisfaction and participate in broader projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
