What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting, mentoring, and motivating them throughout their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics, ensuring that safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises are met consistently. You will collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop and implement plans that align with business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing the workflow of the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
