What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in an extensive onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, implementing improvements based on key performance indicators. You will lead and mentor a team of up to 100 employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Your role will also involve planning and managing internal processes, participating in projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, and effectively managing resources and workflows.
