You have a proven track record of engaging and mentoring hourly workforce members to achieve business objectives. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods, adapting to varying noise levels and temperatures in the workplace. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop effective plans.
What you'll do
As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring they are engaged and motivated during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your role will involve supporting your team in maintaining high standards and addressing any challenges that arise during operations. You will collaborate with various support teams to develop strategies that meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. What we offer
