Who you are

As a Shift Manager, you are prepared to take on leadership responsibilities after completing an extensive 11-week onboarding program. You will ensure that your team delivers goods to customers on time and maintains high quality standards. You have a strong focus on safety and process optimization, and you are ready to lead a team of up to 100 employees.

You are a proactive leader who values collaboration and communication. You work closely with your team and other departments to ensure that operational processes run smoothly. You are committed to fostering a positive work environment and are dedicated to the professional development of your team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage daily operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
