What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Line Haul operations, you will oversee the management of logistics across Amazon's middle mile network. You will be the first point of contact for operational escalations, engaging with the right stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and prevent recurrence. Your responsibilities will include driving improvement initiatives such as VRID hygiene, accruals improvement, and safety culture development for drivers. You will also be involved in new project deployments at the zonal level, ensuring that operational standards are met consistently.

In your role, you will be rostered in shifts to monitor operations and work on various improvement projects. You will collaborate closely with the NOC and carriers to enhance performance metrics, prepare reports for weekly business reviews, and engage with safety teams to improve yard and road safety. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within your team, as you guide them through daily operations and strategic initiatives.
