You are a motivated, customer-focused individual with experience in operations management. You have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, ensuring high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You understand the importance of engaging your team during their shifts and providing them with the necessary tools for success. Your analytical problem-solving skills enable you to drive improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions. You are committed to maintaining customer expectations and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
You have experience managing large-scope projects that have site and regional impact. You are skilled in building and executing productivity plans, conducting forecast reviews, and determining productivity requirements. You thrive in environments where you can mentor and motivate both salaried and hourly workforce members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Desirable
Experience in a fulfillment or logistics environment is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques will enhance your ability to make informed decisions. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of operations workflows, particularly in a first-mile fulfillment center handling heavy and bulky products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent, ensuring they are engaged and equipped to meet operational goals. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance within your team. Your leadership will drive improvements in productivity and efficiency, utilizing data-driven decision-making to enhance operational workflows.

Your role will involve managing the first mile of the operations workflow, where products are housed and prepared for order. You will analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds performance targets.
