What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will lead large-scope projects that have site and regional impact. You will build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and collaborating with other leaders to ensure effective load balancing. Your role will involve engaging your team during their shifts to maintain high levels of performance and safety.

You will play a key role in managing the workflow of operations, which includes the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your workforce, driving improvements in operational efficiency, and ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
