What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing fulfillment operations and leading cross-functional startup activities. You will champion network standards and execute pre-launch tasks, ensuring that all operations are aligned with Amazon's high standards. After the launch, you will transition to leading the FC/Store Ops organization across multiple sites and countries, managing a team of Area Managers.

You will analyze operational performance and implement strategies to achieve the best results for customers. Your leadership will be crucial in building a results-oriented culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will also be accountable for driving various functional teams to achieve operational goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
