What you'll do

As an Area Manager, you will oversee specific processes within the Fulfillment Center, focusing on enhancing safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will lead daily safety activities and quality checks while implementing improvements in the work environment and training progress. Your role will involve planning and managing daily operations to ensure that customer delivery promises are met, even in the face of unexpected challenges.

You will also act as a project leader, driving initiatives that improve safety and productivity within the Fulfillment Center. This includes collaborating with various departments and participating in events that promote team engagement and community within the workplace.
