What you'll do
As a Senior Area Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Fulfillment Center, focusing on inbound and outbound processes as well as quality assurance. You will be responsible for developing productivity plans based on daily workload forecasts and ensuring that operational goals are met. Your role will involve managing team performance through key performance indicators and providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including third-party logistics providers, to maximize production efficiency. Safety and quality will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, as you will lead projects aimed at improving these areas. You will also standardize operational processes to handle irregularities and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring a seamless workflow.
