What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workers, engaging them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety and quality. You will manage productivity and ensure that customer delivery promises are met consistently. Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, you will develop plans to meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

You will play a key role in overseeing the workflow of the operations network, which includes the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting and mentoring your team, managing safety protocols, and ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the operation.
