What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in an extensive 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that they are well-equipped to meet operational goals. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, implementing measures to enhance process efficiency based on key performance indicators.

You will lead and mentor a team of up to 100 employees, conducting regular meetings and performance reviews to support their development. Your role will also involve planning and managing internal processes, participating in cross-departmental projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction. You will utilize data analysis to influence operational decisions, ensuring that your team consistently delivers the best results for customers.
