You'll lead the design and implementation of innovative fulfillment solutions, leveraging your expertise in advanced supply chain technologies. This role requires strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology or supply chain sectors — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that enhance customer experiences. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that align with business goals and customer needs.

You possess a deep understanding of advanced supply chain technologies and their applications in global fulfillment — your expertise allows you to optimize inventory management and operational planning effectively. You are adept at collaborating with diverse teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to develop comprehensive fulfillment strategies.

Your customer-focused approach drives you to continuously seek improvements in the fulfillment experience — you understand the importance of addressing the unique needs of unserved and underserved communities. You are skilled at defining and delivering clear product requirements that meet mid and last-mile supply chain needs.

You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating complex challenges — your ability to partner with technical teams ensures that product development aligns with strategic objectives. You are passionate about closing the digital divide and are motivated by the mission of providing fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers.

Desirable

Experience with satellite communication technologies or broadband initiatives would be a plus — you understand the intricacies of launching and managing global networks. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that optimize inventory management and global network architecture for Amazon LEO. You will collaborate with various teams to develop fulfillment strategies that align with Kuiper's unique business goals in each country. Your responsibilities will include defining comprehensive product requirements and ensuring that they are met throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will work closely with technical teams to drive product development from design through to launch, ensuring that all solutions are scalable and efficient. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions, ultimately elevating the overall fulfillment experience for Amazon LEO's global customers.

You will also engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product iterations and enhancements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be crucial in ensuring alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

What we offer

Amazon provides a competitive compensation package that includes equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. You will have the opportunity to work on a mission-driven initiative that aims to bridge the digital divide and enhance global connectivity. Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach to product development.
