What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all members are following established processes and best practices. You will conduct visual inspections and status checks on devices, scheduling preventive maintenance and additional reviews as necessary. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting the development of your team, acting as the first point of contact for maintenance and reliability engineers.

You will be responsible for resolving equipment issues swiftly to reduce operational downtime, allowing for efficient package processing. Additionally, you will work on identifying ways to improve systems and standardize processes throughout the EU network, contributing to Amazon's commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
