You understand the importance of maintaining high standards in equipment performance and are skilled in condition-based monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks. Your attention to detail ensures that all equipment is running optimally, and you are adept at scheduling additional servicing when required. You are committed to fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within your team, guiding them to achieve the best results for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and support to perform their duties effectively. You will monitor processes closely, ensuring that all regulations and policies are adhered to while carrying out preventative maintenance to enhance equipment uptime. Your observations during shifts will inform your suggestions for improvements, helping to optimize systems and processes across the EU network.

You will act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers, providing guidance and support as needed. Your role will involve tracking equipment performance through visual checks and condition monitoring, allowing you to address issues swiftly and efficiently.
