Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager for their Inventory Control Quality Assurance team in Satolas-et-Bonce. You'll oversee team performance and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic distribution environment.

What you'll do

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your shift, ensuring that your team works efficiently to process customer orders while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will create a motivating work atmosphere, removing obstacles that your team may encounter during their shifts. You will coach team members, providing them with constructive feedback on their performance and behaviors related to safety. Your role will involve monitoring team performance and making necessary adjustments to meet or exceed customer expectations.
