Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in a strategic role where you've developed and executed supply chain strategies. Your expertise includes managing complex international supply chains and navigating challenges such as tariff impacts and overstock management. You are a subject matter expert in supply chain processes, with a strong focus on improving inventory health and operational efficiency.

You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to monitor and own key performance indicators such as in-stock rates and operational inventory holdings. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors is crucial for driving improvements in production and delivery lead-times. You are adept at identifying cost-saving initiatives and optimizing cost-to-serve for both B2C and B2B customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end supply chain performance for Hardlines Private Brands, ensuring that inventory health metrics meet operational targets. You will collaborate closely with the Amazon Private Brands Sourcing Team and the Origin Supply Chain team to enhance operational excellence with vendors based in Asia. Your responsibilities will include auditing buying and forecasting models, driving process improvements, and presenting insights on supply chain performance metrics.

You will be tasked with identifying and executing initiatives that reduce costs within the supply chain while maintaining high service levels. Your role will involve monitoring KPIs such as Out of Stock rates and Total Inbound Lead Time, and you will be responsible for presenting these insights to stakeholders. You will also play a key role in fostering collaboration across global teams to ensure best-in-class availability and speed in the supply chain.
