Who you are

You have rich experience in managing large operations and customer service teams, with extensive knowledge in Logistics. You possess the ability to attract, develop, and retain talent within the organization, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet business objectives. Your experience includes coaching and developing Team Leads across various aspects of their roles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You understand the legal and commercial frameworks and documentation across all Logistics products and processes, including Sea, Air, and customs. Your analytical skills enable you to manage complex operational issues effectively, utilizing data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements. You are adept at building strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, LSPs, carriers, and external customers, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a group of managers to innovate for customer experience and simplify operations for efficiency. You will coach and develop your team, providing prioritization, constructive feedback, and resource planning. Your guidance will lead the team towards continuous improvements, leveraging data, metrics, and customer feedback to enhance operational processes and achieve business goals.

You will be responsible for managing complex operational issues by developing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators. Regular performance metrics reports will be a key part of your responsibilities, focusing on operational excellence and customer experience. As the primary interface with other teams in Seller Operations, Product, Finance, and Tech, you will facilitate new product, program, and system launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback to your team to improve customer experience. Handling complex problems, decisions, and escalations will be part of your daily tasks, as you communicate and drive strategic initiatives. You will ensure that the right people are in the right jobs, creating leadership opportunities within your team.
